Tank structure: 1 side view mirror, 1 feeding and inoculating port, 1 standard temperature, pH, DO sensor socket, 1 defoaming electrode interface, 2 standard universal feeding ports, 1 discharge port, inner Surface finish Ra≤0.4um, outer surface finish Ra≤0.6um.
Sterilization method: steam sterilization in place.
3. Mechanical system
Mechanical stirring: The second gear is straight blade, the blade height is adjustable, and different types of stirring paddles and speed controllers can be replaced according to the special requirements of the fermentation process.
Stirring speed: 150-1000rpm
4. Piping system: stainless steel pipes and stainless steel valves, and diaphragm valves are used in key parts.
5. Control system: It adopts the newly developed ZX -BIO6000 series fermentation process automation control system, which is composed of Siemens PLC programmable controller, Kunlun Tong-state 7-inch color LCD screen and electrical components of international famous brands such as Schneider and ABB. Realize temperature, rotational speed, defoaming, feeding, pH, DO control and monitoring; can switch between manual control and automatic control at any time; the system consists of lower computer control system, sensors and actuators, etc., floor-standing control cabinet, Chinese Menu and interface, can record and display multiple parameter curves.
